Magnetized ultrasonic siphon pneumatic fog curtain dust control technology

Supersonic siphon atomization dust separation efficiency up to 94.07% which is better than traditional ultrasonic atomization method (only 84.75%). Dust removal efficiency increases 25% also the escaperate of coal dust is 1/2.

The dust removal rate is about twice that of the traditional method, the water consumption is approxim ately 1/10, and the gas consumption is approximately 1/3. In addition, the nozzle instantaneous dust removal efficiency is 2~3% higher than that of the ultrasonic atomization method, and the total dust efficiency is the same. At the same time, the proportion of exhaled dust is reduced by 3%.

1.Siphon saves electricity better

Self-imbibition water injection avoids large solid particles entering the nozzle due to the original 

pressure water injection method , and the ultrasonic vibration generated by  atomization can also

prevent the depositionof chemical precipitation of carbonate and other salts and clog the nozzle. 

3.Save Water and Gas

Compared with traditional ultrasonic atomiza tion, it consumes less power. When reaching the same 

dust removal efficien, at 0.4 Mpa, the water consumption is 0.05 L per minute , and one ton of water 

can run continuously for 333 hours.

Compared with the traditional ultrasonic atomizing nozzle,  the dust removal rate is twice that of

 the traditional ultrasonic atomizing method.

5.Better atomization

Due to the characteristics of supersonic crushing, the speed of droplets inside the nozzle can reach 

supersonic speed, although the large attenuation after ejection is still several times more than that 

of traditional spray.

6.Lower Pressure Require

When the gas path pressure is above 0.3 Mpa,the gravity siphon can be reversed , and when the gas 

path is 0.4 Mpa, the vacuum siphon pressure is 0.03 Mpa, also the atomization is stable.
